If you are walking the West Highland Way, there are two ways you can enter Drymen. The most common is to follow the steps from the road which brings you out in the centre of the village. With the SPAR shop on your right, walk from Drymen Square along Stirling Road for about 100 metres. Our house is the second B&B on the left. The other way you can enter Drymen is to follow the WHW sign over a field from Gartness Road. When you get to the main road cross over and turn left towards Drymen. Carry on into the village and we are the first B&B on the right.
Glasgow (17 miles) and Stirling (23 miles) both take about 40 minutes by car.
From Glasgow International Airport (25 miles), it will take about 45 minutes to reach our home: Go over the Erskine Bridge and follow signs to Crianlarich. Turn right at the roundabout to Alexandria (A811), and then straight on through Balloch and Gartocharn to Drymen. At Drymen Square in the village centre near the bus stop, the road bends sharp right into Stirling Road. Our house is about 100 metres on the left.
From Glasgow city centre, follow the A81 to Milngavie, and from there the A809 over Stockiemuir. Drymen is clearly signposted.
